Concentrate on cleaning the upper and lower surfaces of your mouth as well as the chewing surfaces. Brush each area at least 10 times with a certified dental toothbrush and brush your tongue for fresh breath.
Dentists also recommend keeping a toothbrush at work although most working professionals do not brush during the day. Angular brushes or brushes with small heads are also preferable as they can better reach all areas of the mouth. Medium and hard bristles can hurt your enamel and cause you pain because they are too abrasive on the gums. Therefore, you should buy a toothbrush with soft bristles and a firm grip for a complete brushing experience.
